Onyx Software's CEO Discusses CRM Market During National Broadcast

Bellevue, Wash. -- Onyx Software (NASDAQ: ONXS) co-founder, President & CEO Brent Frei recently discussed the front office market, Onyx Software's competitive advantage, and the key differentiators in a nationally-broadcasted interview Wednesday on Radio Wall Street.

"The customer relationship management (CRM) market is expanding rapidly and we believe it will be big enough for three independent $1 billion companies. Onyx plans to be one of them. We are now the #3 independent CRM vendor by revenue behind Siebel and Clarify. However, in recent head to head competition, we won 31 of 41 deals," said Frei. "Most of the wins were against Siebel. Onyx's average deal size of $260,000 and more than 500 customers isn't far from Siebel's $450,000 and 620 customers," he added.
