Nov 8, 00 Onyx Software and ChannelWave Announce Strategic Alliance to Deliver Integrated Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Solutions Joint solution delivers broad-based partner relationship management capabilities
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. and BELLEVUE, Wash. - November 7, 2000 - Onyx Software Corp. (Nasdaq: ONXS), a global supplier of enterprise-wide, customer-centric e-business solutions, and ChannelWave Software, Inc., a leader in partner relationship management (PRM) solutions, today announced a strategic alliance to jointly market each other's solutions. Through this alliance, customers will be able to purchase a tightly integrated, best-of-breed e-business solution with industry-leading, Web-based customer relationship management (CRM) and eCRM capabilities, as well as the most extensive capabilities for building strong, profitable partnerships.
ChannelWave's PRM solution extends and complements Onyx Software's leading partner solutions and capabilities offered through its partner-facing portal called Onyx Partner Portal. By integrating ChannelWave's in-depth PRM technology with Onyx's Partner Portal, customers are provided with a powerful and feature-rich solution to effectively manage and support their many business partner relationships.
Both Onyx and ChannelWave can be deployed through an ASP or on site. In addition, with ChannelWave's migration guarantee, customers have the flexibility to change their deployment situation to or from an ASP hosted solution if their needs change in the future.
