Jul 16, 2001 Integrated Solution from Onyx and Primus Boosts Operational Efficiency for Ericsson Microsoft Mobile Venture
SEATTLE, WA - July 16, 2001 - Primus (Nasdaq: PKSI) and Onyx® Software (Nasdaq: ONXS) have created a robust knowledge-enabled CRM platform for Ericsson Microsoft Mobile Venture that links the company’s entire enterprise, providing employees, partners and customers with anytime, anywhere access to critical sales and support information. The enterprise-wide software implementation delivers measurable efficiencies to Mobile Venture’s overall operations, including service, support and resolution processes.
Mobile Venture uses the integrated Primus and Onyx solution to provide quality service and support options for customers of Moso, the company’s complete solution for easy mobile access to Microsoft Outlook functionality and secure mobile access to Internet and corporate intranets. Customers or partners accessing Mobile Venture’s sales and support Web site use a single, seamless interface - customized with the Mobile Venture brand - to access both the Primus and Onyx applications. The unique integration of the Primus web-based software and the Onyx thin-client portal suite offers enterprise-wide, knowledge sharing efficiencies. The Onyx and Primus software implementation leverages the strength and scalability of technology that brings together critical data from many areas of the organization.
