Singapore-based Online Services Ezyhealth.com and Horizon Contactone.com select Onyx Software for Customer Centric e-Business

Singapore - Onyx Software Corporation (Nasdaq: ONXS), a leading provider of customer-centric e-business solutions, today announced that two of Singapore's most innovative online services, Ezyhealth.com and Horizon ContactOne.com, have selected e-business solutions from the Onyx Front Office 2000 suite to build Web-based, customer-centric workplaces for their sales, support and marketing staff.

Ezyhealth.com and Horizon ContactOne.com (a Horizon.com company) are both expanding rapidly, and needed customer-centric solutions that could boost the productivity of front office workers and enhance their effectiveness in helping customers. Both chose Onyx Front Office because of its enterprise-wide functionality, user-friendly interface and its short implementation timeframe.

It effectively ties together all our disparate customer databases and gives us the ability to track the success of marketing campaigns through proper campaign management," said Lau.

A supplier of online call center services, Horizon ContactOne.com will deploy a Web-based system that is flexible and scalable to meet its fast-growing needs in Singapore. Through Onyx Employee Portal, it will implement a comprehensive customer-centric Onyx solution that will be incorporated as part of its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives.
