The Andersons Selects Onyx Software for CRM BELLEVUE, Wash. - Onyx® Software Corporation (NASDAQ: ONXS), worldwide leader in successful CRM, today announced that The Andersons Inc., Maumee, Ohio (Nasdaq: ANDE), has selected Onyx as its customer relationship management (CRM) solution provider. The Andersons is a diversified agribusiness and retailing company with annual revenues of approximately $1 billion (U.S.). The Andersons will use Onyx Enterprise CRM across its Grain Division to provide sales and marketing teams with accurate, up-to-date account information and effective tools to quickly generate consistent, focused communications. Using Onyx, The Andersons' employees will be able to capture, qualify and route sales leads more proactively, segment customers and prospects to enable targeted marketing campaigns, and build more intricate customer relationships. The company also will use Onyx to report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
