Aug 30, 00 Onyx Software and Allegis Announce Alliance
Joint solution delivers broad-based partner relationship management capabilities
SAN FRANCISCO and BELLEVUE, Wash. - August 30, 2000 - Onyx Software Corp. (Nasdaq: ONXS), a global supplier of enterprise-wide, customer-centric e-business solutions, and Allegis Corp., a leading provider of collaborative demand chain software and services, today announced a strategic sales and marketing partnership, which will allow both companies to jointly market each other's products to customers that require deep functionality in managing two-way communication with partners.
