Nov 3, 00 Onyx Software and Onyx Customers Receive Top Awards for Excellence in Use of Customer Relationship Management Companies Use Onyx to Sell More and Increase Customer Satisfaction
Bellevue, WA- Onyx Software Corporation (NASDAQ: ONXS), a global provider of customer-centric e-business applications, today announced it has been awarded a User's Choice Gold Award for sales force automation. The second annual User's Choice Awards, presented by Customer Support Management magazine and RealMarket, is the only award program in which end users judge customer relationship management (CRM) products.

The awards announced today come on the heels of the Microsoft-sponsored Industry Solution Award finalist announcements last month, in which Onyx customers' successful CRM projects led to its being named a finalist in three separate categories, more than any other vendor. Results will be announced later this month at COMDEX.
