Intelligroup and Onyx Software Deliver Customized CRM Solution to Clinical Trial Management Solution Provider Enmed

Through ASPPlus Solutions, Intelligroup Successfully Implements and Hosts Onyx's Thin-Client Customer Relationship Management Solution

EDISON, N.J., and BELLEVUE, Wash. - Intelligroup Inc. (Nasdaq: ITIG), a global vertical application service provider (ASP), today announced the successful "go live" of Onyx Software's (Nasdaq: ONXS) customer relationship management (CRM) solution customized specifically for Enmed, a leading provider of Web-based clinical trial management solutions based in Burlington, Mass.

Intelligroup customized the Onyx Employee Portal to deliver a fully integrated Web-based relationship management solution for Enmed employees in order to better service customers at numerous sites, and track and resolve both technical and non-technical service issues. In addition, Intelligroup built a full-text search engine to enable customers to quickly locate answers to frequently asked questions. An additional customization included integration of the different Onyx platform components on a single server without compromising security, reliability, availability and performance. The system is designed to provide Enmed with ubiquitous access to enterprise customer information in order to build customer loyalty through effective, consistent communications across multiple channels.

With implementation completed in 60 days, Intelligroup is hosting Enmed's solution and providing 24x7x365 system and end-user support. Intelligroup's ASPPlus(SM) Hosting is powered by AT&T's Ecosystem for ASPs, which provides the scalable network and services platform. Around-the-clock end-user support is provided through myADVISOR(SM), Intelligroup's personalized Web-based knowledge management support portal.
