Bellevue, Wash. -- Onyx Software Corporation (NASDAQ: ONXS), a leading supplier of enterprise-wide, customer-centric e-business solutions, today announced that FutureLink Corporation (NASDAQ: FTRL), a leader in the application service provider (ASP) industry, has implemented the first phase of a several hundred seat deployment of Onyx 2000. This will be one of the largest Onyx ASP implementations to date and will span FutureLink's entire enterprise.
The implementation of Onyx 2000 will be hosted on the same infrastructure FutureLink uses to deploy solutions to its customers. As an Onyx ASP partner, FutureLink will establish best practices for Onyx 2000 in a hosted, real-world environment through its own implementation.
FutureLink will maximize their use of Onyx 2000 by combining their online and offline business processes into a single e-business platform. When fully implemented, more than 400 FutureLink employees will use Onyx for inside and outside sales, marketing, service and support to more effectively market to, sell to and serve their customers and business partners. In addition, FutureLink executives will use Onyx to gain a real-time, enterprise-wide view of the overall health of their business.
