Mar 6, 2002 Onyx Software Debuts in the Large Enterprise CRM Suites Magic Quadrant Placement Confirms Onyx as Well-Positioned CRM Vendor for Both Medium- and Large-size Businesses BELLEVUE, Wash. - Onyx® Software Corporation (NASDAQ: ONXS) has been placed among top industry providers in Gartner Inc.'s B2B and B2C CRM Suites Magic Quadrant. Based on Onyx's vision and ability to execute, Gartner placed Onyx in the Niche Player quadrant alongside seven other vendors in large enterprise CRM Suites. Gartner defines Niche Players as those vendors who focus on a particular segment of the client base, as defined by characteristics such as size, vertical or project complexity. Their ability to outperform or innovate may be impacted by this narrow focus. This year marks Onyx's debut on the Large Enterprise CRM Suites Magic Quadrant. A perennial leader in the mid-market, Onyx has succeeded in delivering a solution that is appropriate for large enterprises across a broad suite of verticals, including financial services, healthcare, utilities and high tech. Onyx focuses on companies with annual revenues between $100 million and $2 billion, as well as divisions of larger companies that are deploying solutions for thousands of users down to a few hundred users.
