Health Alliance Chooses Enterprise Wide Automation of Sales and Service Before selecting Onyx as their customer relationship management solution, Health Alliance had a number of manual and paper processes that prolonged sales, enrollment and service activities. Onyx will help Health Alliance automate these processes and better understand their members. Reps will also be able to quickly respond to all types of general member requests. In addition, member service reps will be able to proactively address and resolve member issues involving claims. Onyx Managed Care will be integrated with their MC 400 claims processing system.
