Onyx Software to Introduce IBM AIX5L-Based CRM Solution
Offering Expands Business Relationship, Creates Cost-Effective Solution for UNIX Market

BELLEVUE, Wash. — Onyx® Software Corp. (Nasdaq: ONXS) today announced a new IBM AIX5L-based version of its customer relationship management (CRM) suite for large and medium-sized enterprises. This latest version of Onyx Enterprise CRM 4.0 includes support for Oracle database applications running on IBM eServer pSeries systems. The solution is currently in its final testing stage before general availability.

Onyx Enterprise CRM 4.0, the fourth generation of Onyx’s Internet-based CRM suite, is built entirely on standards-based Internet technologies including XML. It is completely Web-based, integrates fully with other enterprise applications, and is designed with usability and cost-effectiveness in mind.

The introduction of Onyx Enterprise CRM 4.0 for IBM AIX5L builds on the growing relationship between Onyx and IBM. Last fall, the two companies announced a collaborative effort to provide enterprise CRM solutions to midmarket customers; the relationship now touches multiple IBM lines of business, including Business Innovation Services, IBM eBusiness hosting within the IBM Global Services unit, the IBM Software Group for WebSphere and MQ Series, and IBM eServer xSeries.
