Through its ASPPlus(SM) Hosting business, Intelligroup will build, deploy and host end-to-end enterprise relationship management (ERM) solutions built on Onyx 2000, which comprises three audience-specific portals for employees, customers and partners. One of those portals, Onyx Employee Portal, consolidates business relationship data with third-party applications and relevant Internet information into a single, personalizable interface, allowing marketing, sales and service teams to acquire, analyze, expand and retain customer relationships by capturing and sharing all customer information. Intelligroup will integrate Onyx 200 with critical back office systems and provide full life-cycle support for joint customers.
