Onyx Software and Metavante Integrated CRM Solution Delivers Success to Retail Banking Customers Banks, such as Provident Bankshares Corporation, Baltimore, Md.; INTRUST Bank, Wichita, Kan.; Bank of Marin, Corte Madera, Calif.; Park Bank, Milwaukee; and Astoria Financial Corporation, Lake Success, N.Y. are using ECM to streamline financial transactions and customer interactions, enable bank staff to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for additional products and services, and turn customer interactions into sales opportunities. With the latest wins, Metavante's client list has expanded to include plans for more than 3,000 individual ECM application users in a dozen-plus financial institutions.
