Bellevue, WASH.- Onyx® Software Corporation (NASDAQ: ONXS) today announced it has moved its headquarters to the new Sunset North office park on I-90 in Bellevue. Onyx Software, which develops Web-based customer relationship management software, currently employs more than 250 people in the Seattle area (300+ people worldwide). Onyx has signed a seven-year lease agreement with Wright Runstad & Co. to occupy three floors (approximately 95,000 square feet) of the third building of that site, demonstrating its position as an important contributor to the area's economy and high-tech industry growth.

Onyx Software's Growth
In just over five years, Onyx Software has grown from a three-person startup to an international company with more than 400 customers, and offices worldwide.

History of the Move
Onyx began searching for a new location in Octof 1997, when the company could no longer secure enough space in its former location, Ridgewood Plaza in downtown Bellevue. Utilizing the services of Jim Kinerk of the Broderick Group, the company found and leased space in the Sunset North development. A team from Onyx worked with architects from ARC and JPC from the time they broke ground on the Onyx building. Onyx worked with DPR Construction on the interior design of the offices. The design incorporates Onyx Software's brand identity throughout, and features collaborative work spaces, light-filled offices and a variety of state-of-the-art technology and business amenities.
