Onyx Software Announces Availability of On Demand CRM From IBM BELLEVUE, Wash. - Onyx® Software Corp. (Nasdaq: ONXS), worldwide leader in successful CRM, today announced the availability of a new online CRM solution powered by Onyx and delivered by IBM. The new service makes enterprise-wide CRM functionality available as an on-demand utility and gives medium-sized businesses a choice for flexible, cost-effective CRM that can deliver immediate return on investment. Customers can acquire the solution directly from either IBM or Onyx. Onyx has teamed with IBM to use Onyx's award-winning Onyx Enterprise CRM suite as the foundation for this turnkey e-business service. Available for a monthly charge and having the ability to be implemented in 30 days or less, the on-demand CRM service is being managed and delivered by IBM. The utility service is specifically architected and scalability-tested for the multi-tenant environments required in the hosted application space, and will be accessible by customers using nothing more than a web browser. The IBM CRM utility service is available for as few as 25 users.
