Onyx Software Announces Alliance with ORIGIN

Singapore, September 4th 2000 - Onyx Software Corporation (NASDAQ: ONXS), a leading supplier of enterprise-wide, customer-centric e-business solutions, today announced a distribution and services agreement with ORIGIN Asia Pacific, a global information technology consulting and services company.

ORIGIN will acts as Onyx systems integrator and reseller. ORIGIN's multi-million dollar CRM Competency Centre of Excellence, showcases the latest in enabling CRM solutions as well as the most up-to-date CRM trends and research. Customers will be able to view demonstrations of Onyx's robust e-business platform capabilities by trained consultants.

Most recently, Onyx and ORIGIN are offering an exclusive bundling program for dot.com companies. This includes the implementation and deployment of the Onyx Employee Portal and the Onyx Customer Portal. The focus of the implementation will be on defining, modeling and implementing the following functional areas within Onyx 2000 in a most time-efficient manner.
