Saxon Capital, Inc. Goes Live with Onyx Software to Streamline Operations and Improve Customer Service
Leading Mortgage Broker Chooses Onyx CRM for its Americas Moneyline.com retail unit

BELLEVUE, Wash. - Onyx® Software Corp. (NASDAQ: ONXS), a worldwide leader in successful CRM, today announces that Saxon Capital, Inc. (NASDAQ: SAXN), a residential mortgage lender and servicer, has gone live with Onyx Enterprise CRM as its customer relationship management (CRM) solution for its operating subsidiaries, Saxon Mortgage, Inc. and America's MoneyLine, Inc. Saxon will begin using Onyx within its Americas Moneyline retail unit, which originates non-conforming mortgages directly to consumers.

Saxon Capital, through its production subsidiaries, Saxon Mortgage, Inc. and America's MoneyLine, Inc., originates and purchases loans through wholesale, correspondent and retail business channels. Saxon currently originates and purchases loans in 49 states through its network of approximately 4,000 brokers, 400 correspondents and 27 retail branches.

Web-based Technology to Drive Improved Conversion Ratios
Onyx Employee Portal (OEP) will allow Saxon to boost its sales and marketing efforts and interact with its customers in its wholesale and retail channels.

Hundreds of Saxon employees will begin using Onyx CRM with the goal of improving their conversion ratio of leads to funded dollars. Onyx will enable Saxon to automatically distribute leads to the appropriate region, branch or loan officer, and then track all customer interactions through to closure. Management will be able to produce reports allowing them to assess close rates, individual and branch performance and other metrics designed to enhance employee effectiveness.
