"Year of The Customer" - Onyx Software CEO Addresses International Think Tank Forum Audience
CRM Leader Joins Other Global Luminaries to Discuss China's Entry into the World Trade Organization
SHENZHEN, China - Onyx® Software Corp. (Nasdaq: ONXS), worldwide leader in successful CRM, today announced Onyx CEO and co-founder Brent Frei will speak at the International Think Tank Forum, taking place this week in mainland China. The subject of the forum is "China in WTO: Global Economy in Transition and the Role of China." The forum will provide a platform for leaders and experts from both the private and public sectors to exchange ideas and discuss ways to solve issues.
Frei joins a select group of speakers including Al Gore, former vice president of the United States; Mike Moore, general director of the World Trade Organization; and Robert A. Mundell, winner of the 1999 Nobel Prize in Economics.
Frei's presentation, "Year of the Customer," will cover the evolution of the IT market in China, with particular focus on the value of the customer and the role of customer relationship management (CRM) in helping companies navigate changing business models and emerging industry trends.
Frei is a leader in the CRM industry and has been recognized as a "Pioneer in Technology" by the Smithsonian Institution. He was among an exclusive group of global CEOs selected to represent the technology industry at the Technology Pioneers' session of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He is also the youngest person ever to receive Dartmouth College's Thayer School of Engineering Fletcher Award for lifetime achievement.
