Internationalization is the process of modifying a product so that it can be used across a global marketplace. Internationalization also prepares a product for localization by removing domestic biases and ensuring its compatibility with foreign-language operating systems.

Our International R&D team employs a thorough and structured internationalization process to ensure that our CRM products can be used worldwide. In fact, we test our products in over 10 languages to verify that core features and local dependencies function properly. While many companies attempt to short-cut this process, our customers and partners agree that this up-front work is worth the time and effort we devote to it.

The Onyx internationalization process ensures that the following activities are performed and that the results are tested and verified before product release:
