How does the Virtual Classroom work? All you need is an Internet connection and a phone line, and you can attend a Virtual Class by following these steps:
Same day registration To register the same day as the scheduled course, contact traininginfo@onyx.com directly and we will send you the link to the virtual class. Customer cancellations To cancel a course for which you are already registered, contact traininginfo@onyx.com. Include the course name, delivery date and the registrant’s name and you will be removed. Customers who cancel 1 business day or less before the course start date or fail to show are assessed a fee of $50.00USD for each course session not attended. |
