The Onyx University Virtual Classroom is an on-line training program designed to help your company get the most out of your Onyx CRM System. These sessions provide you with an excellent opportunity to:

• Educate new employees
• Get refresher training
• Learn about a new release
• Study advanced topics
• Train end users in their specific functional areas
• Receive expert answers to your Onyx CRM questions

All you need is an Internet connection and a phone line, and you can attend a Virtual Class by following these steps:

1. Review the attached Virtual Training course schedule; determine the course(s) you wish to register.
2. Contact traininginfo@onyx.com to indicate the course(s) you are interested in attending.
3. Upon successful registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note that information about taking your virtual class is contained in the email. Do not delete it.
4. At the scheduled class time, which is always Eastern Time, click on the link in the confirmation email.

Same day registration

To register the same day as the scheduled course, contact traininginfo@onyx.com directly and we will send you the link to the virtual class.

Customer cancellations

To cancel a course for which you are already registered, contact traininginfo@onyx.com. Include the course name, delivery date and the registrant’s name and you will be removed.

Customers who cancel 1 business day or less before the course start date or fail to show are assessed a fee of $50.00USD for each course session not attended.
