Corporate Giving and Grants

Onyx is committed to providing charitable donations and educational grants through our corporate giving and grants program. If your organization is interested in applying for a grant, please review our “Grant Guidelines” and apply online.

Patient Access

Onyx is committed to helping patients gain access to our therapies.

The Resources for Expert Assistance and Care Helpline (REACH®) is available to answer questions about Nexavar® (sorafenib) tablets treatment, reimbursement, and patient support. For more information, healthcare providers and patients may contact the REACH program at 1.866.NEXAVAR (1.866.639.2827) Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.

Onyx Pharmaceuticals 360™ (Onyx 360) is a program designed to help patients navigate their treatment journey, including reimbursement and payment support, treatment support and referrals to third-party organizations for day-to-day and emotional support.  Dedicated Oncology Nurse Advocates are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET at 1.855.ONYX.360 (1.855.669.9360) to assist patients, caregivers and healthcare providers.

Prescriber Data Privacy

Healthcare professionals who wish to keep their prescriber data private and request that it not be made available to company sales representatives can apply to have their identifying information removed from materials provided to Onyx sales representatives.

California Transparency in Supply Chain's Act Disclosure

Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to ensuring that our supply chain reflects Onyx's values and respect for human rights and the environment. Onyx's relationships with suppliers are based on lawful, efficient and fair practices. We expect our suppliers to obey the laws that require them to treat workers fairly, provide a safe and healthy work environment and protect environmental quality. In furtherance of this policy, Onyx obligates its suppliers by contract to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business. Onyx has the right to audit its contract manufacturers and key suppliers of materials that are incorporated into Onyx's products and it conducts or uses third parties to conduct announced audits of suppliers to assess compliance with this expectation. If Onyx determines that a supplier has failed to meet these expectations, Onyx may take action with respect to that supplier, including requiring corrective actions or canceling outstanding orders.

Onyx provides compliance training to all staff and has global compliance policies requiring Onyx personnel to comply with all applicable laws. Any employee who fails to abide by Onyx’s compliance policies may be subject to disciplinary action, including termination.

In addition, we are committed to sustaining an effective Compliance Program in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines established by the federal and/or state government. We achieve this through programs and company policies, as well as training designed to prevent, detect, and correct any potential violations.
