Getronics Launches Lead Management Banking Solution; Leading Branch Platform Extended With Best of Breed Financial Services CRM Solution

The pre-integrated solution allows banks to seamlessly track and manage leads across channels and product lines, bringing greater efficiencies to retail, small business, lending, corporate, and private banking departments.

Getronics' new lead management solution gives banks an end-to-endability to capture, act upon, and close leads generated both withinand outside the bank. Branch personnel can create leads efficiently via a scripted workflow, manage leads in the pipeline, and distribute the leads to appropriate staff members.
