At Onyx we believe a compensation package is made up of more than simply base salary. We offer our employees a complete and well-rounded benefits package which includes:
Healthcare
Onyx healthcare benefits are provided by Great West and include medical, dental, vision and prescription. We pay 100% of the monthly premium for employees. There is a nominal charge to employees for spouse/domestic partner and dependent coverage. Insurance coverage begins on the 1st day of the month following date of hire.
401(k) Plan
Onyx offers employees the opportunity to save for their retirement through 401(k)-salary deferral. All regular full-time employees are eligible to participate in the plan at the first of any month. This is a pre-tax benefit.
Holidays
Onyx observes nine holidays throughout the year.
Vacation
We are a results-driven company who allows employees great flexibility in determining their time off needs. All regular full-time Onyx employees receive three (3) weeks of vacation days for use in each calendar year.
