Oprozomib

Study Design: Non-randomized, open-label, dose escalation study

Patients: Patients with advanced refractory or recurrent solid tumors

Purpose: To evaluate safety and tolerability including dose limiting and maximum tolerated dose, to determine the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of oprozomib 

Locations: Multiple centers throughout the U.S.
