Onyx Software Releases New All-in-One Email Solution for High Volume Service Communications
Onyx Email Accelerator increases customer satisfaction by getting more messages through to intended audience

BELLEVUE, WA. - Onyx® Software Corporation today announced the release of the Onyx Email Accelerator, a new all-in-one email solution designed to help target, personalize, send and track high volume HTML emails. The solution is tightly integrated with Onyx Enterprise CRM, enabling users to quickly send personalized emails and track the responses in real-time while reducing the need for pay-by-the-message solutions from third party email vendors.

The Onyx Email Accelerator can be used for a variety of high volume communications including program registration forms from training organizations, upgrade or service notices from customer service organizations and personalized messages from corporate executives to industry analysts and other market influencers. Using the Onyx Email Accelerator, organizations can take full advantage of the data already stored within Onyx CRM when targeting and sending email.

The Onyx Email Accelerator gives organizations a cost-effective tool to significantly streamline sending high volume emails. Because the information is tracked in Onyx CRM, organizations can have better reporting and better assessment of service effectiveness. In addition, organizations can:

  • Send personalized emails from individuals or groups within a company
  • Use any HTML editor to create rich email content

  • Automatically update customer records associated with the email
The Onyx Email Accelerator can also be used to target, send and track responses for high volume HTML email marketing campaigns. Many organizations often use third party email vendors for broad scale permission-based email marketing. However, these vendors are typically identified by spam filters and ISPs to be the source of mass email. Consequently, email sent through these vendors can be flagged as spam and blocked before reaching the intended audience. Because the domain of the server sending the email matches the sender, emails distributed using the Onyx Email Accelerator are less likely to be blocked, thus enabling more emails to get through to the targeted audience.
