Onyx Software, Together with Microsoft and Unisys Delivers New Educational Website For Local Government
GovernmentCRM.com Provides Information On Citizen Response Management Initiatives For Local Government Decision Makers

Bellevue, WA - Onyx® Software Corporation today announced a new educational website for local government - GovernmentCRM.com. Developed with Microsoft and Unisys, the GovernmentCRM.com website was designed as a resource for local government decision makers to educate themselves on the best tools, services and strategies for their citizen response management or 3-1-1 initiatives. The content rich site provides editorials from CRM (Citizen Response Management) experts, customer case studies, and other information that site visitors can use to better understand the value of CRM and ensure the success of their 3-1-1 or citizen service initiatives.

Onyx, Microsoft and Unisys developed the GovernmentCRM.com Website in an effort to educate local governments on the value of CRM. This Internet resource portal is one of several outreach programs this group of companies has delivered, including educational webcasts, newsletters, and government industry events.
