OGCbuying.solutions grows revenue with Onyx Following the merger of The Buying Agency (TBA) and the Managed Services division of the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency (CCTA), the newly formed OGCbuying.solutions faced the challenge of improving the level of service it offered to government departments and agencies. They chose Onyx Customer ManagementTM to bring together 14 existing customer databases into a single sustainable system that would integrate closely with data warehouse and helpdesk facilities. Because the solution is web-based, it allows employees to access customer information from any of Buying Solutions three offices, and also remotely. This enables more responsive and effective customer management as well as streamlined processes.
