Onyx Tops Field Of CRM Software Vendors In Extensive Review By Leading Provider Of Information Management Solutions and Services To Local Government

(NYSE: TYL) has chosen its full suite of customer relationship management (CRM) products as a unifying, company-wide platform for enhancing customer service, improving workflow and generating sales opportunities. Tyler, a leading provider of end-to-end information management solutions and services to local governments, selected Onyx after an extensive, nearly year-long review which included software vendors such as Pivotal, Remedy, and Salesforce.com.
