ABeam Selects Onyx as a Preferred CRM Solution
ABeam to promote Onyx customer process solutions in Japan

BELLEVUE, WA, July 5, 2005 - Onyx® Software Corporation today announced an alliance agreement with ABeam Consulting Corporation, a leading global consulting firm headquartered in Japan. Under the terms of the alliance, ABeam will promote and provide consulting services for Onyx's customer process solutions to the Japanese market in conjunction with ABeam's leading IT consulting services and methodology.

Prior to the agreement, Onyx and ABeam had teamed together on three significant customer implementations in Japan, including a successful call center implementation at a leading insurance company.

With this alliance, Onyx and ABeam will partner to provide an integrated offering of services and software - everything from strategic review and business process re-engineering, to project scoping and the implementation of Onyx' customer process software. Onyx' strengths in automating, managing, and evolving customer processes are already being used with Abeam's Customer Management Value Framework, which charts out the value of an enterprise's customer-related processes. ABeam will work with Onyx to train its consultants on the Onyx portfolio of products to enhance ABeam's total solution implementation skills. To accelerate sales efforts, ABeam has created an "Onyx Center of Excellence" at its main office in Tokyo that includes multiple live use case scenario prototypes and a customer training facility.
