Onyx Software Empowers Enterprise Decision-Making with New Analytics Solution
Onyx Analytics integrates Cognos' industry-leading business intelligence technology and offers comprehensive reporting capabilities designed for customer processes

BELLEVUE, Wash. - Onyx® Software Corporation today announced the availability of Onyx Analytics, a comprehensive business intelligence and reporting solution. Onyx Analytics is part of Onyx' Performance Management Portfolio of solutions designed to give organizations a clear picture of how their business is performing so they can quickly analyze results and adjust course to maintain strategic advantage. Onyx Analytics includes a broad range of easy to use tools and ships with several pre- packaged audience-specific reports for sales, marketing and service to help accelerate decision-making.

Onyx Analytics, built on the Cognos ReportNet™ platform, is optimized for Onyx Customer Management providing a reporting environment with drag and drop simplicity for the creation of simple or complex report layouts. Organizations can align their various divisions, departments, and regions around a single, common view of customer information. As a result, Onyx Analytics helps enterprises better manage day-to-day operations more effectively and provide critical insight into what's really driving business performance.
