Onyx Software and CIT Announce Integrated Solution for Merchant Management The new solution, powered by Onyx and built and delivered by CIT, is designed to meet the specific needs of Processors and Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs). MMS combines CIT's eBusiness, transactional and payment solutions with Onyx Enterprise CRM technology, which is intended to deliver more effective Merchant management and boarding, thus resulting in significant cost reductions and improved Merchant satisfaction for the Processor and ISO community. "To gain a competitive advantage, Processors and ISO's need to board and manage their Merchants in real-time resulting in a 360 degree view of the merchant," said Joseph Mullins, Vice President of Business Development at CIT.
