Onyx Software and CTC Sign Reseller Agreement "Onyx has a strong history of successful and rapid implementations around the world and we look forward to building on that success together in Japan," said Yoshinori Warashina, Senior Vice President & COO. CTC selected Onyx as a preferred CRM solution after a lengthy evaluation process that included a wide variety of CRM packages. CTC will leverage their many years of experience in CRM for their Onyx business. As part of the agreement, CTC will resell Onyx customer management solutions and will provide a full range of services including system design, implementation, customization and integration, call center consulting and maintenance and support. CTC and Onyx are already engaging on joint sales opportunities and plans are in place to certify several CTC consulting staff on Onyx.
