Onyx Embedded CRM Selected by MEMBERS Development Company, LLC and Inforte Corp.

BELLEVUE, Wash. - Onyx® Software Corp. (Nasdaq: ONXS), a worldwide leader in customer relationship management (CRM), today announced that MEMBERS Development Company, LLC (MDC) is using Onyx as the technology framework to deliver its new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Common Model solution designed for the specific needs of credit unions. Developed jointly with Inforte Corp., the MDC Common Model emphasizes well defined member strategies powered by technology as critical in building a successful CRM initiative.

MDC is using the Onyx Embedded CRM platform, Onyx's component-based, web services architecture which is designed to significantly reduce the cost and complexity of integrating applications, or parts of applications, to extend the value of their credit union offering. MDC is among a growing number of Onyx partners in the financial services sector, including Metavante, Getronics, CIT and IBM who are deploying Onyx Embedded CRM to deliver solutions tailored to specific customer segments and needs.

MDC and Inforte began developing their CRM Common Model for credit unions in October 2002. MDC and Inforte looked to Onyx Software to provide the technology platform to create a complete CRM solution specifically customized for credit unions.

Through Onyx, previously siloed operational functions and systems are consolidated giving credit unions a 360-degree view of their members.
