Onyx and Metric One Collaborate to Deliver Complete Customer Management Solutions The two companies have a number of mutual customers, including healthcare technology provider The TriZetto Group; pay-per-click advertising agency Interchange USA; travel agency Grand Circle; and software providers Macromedia and SafeNet, Inc. The alliance, which is another example of how Onyx is expanding its partner portfolio to better serve enterprise customers, focuses on market development, generating leads, as well as joint sales and marketing opportunities. "We've worked with multiple CRM systems over the years, and have found Onyx to be a perfectly balanced CRM solution.
