Onyx and Metric One Collaborate to Deliver Complete Customer Management Solutions
Metric One aligns enterprise-level CRM practice with Onyx next generation CRM solutions

BELLEVUE, Wash. - Onyx® Software Corporation (NASDAQ: ONXS) today announced that Metric One has joined the Onyx Alliance Program. Metric One is a provider of CRM implementation and development services and the partnership was forged to enable the company to provide comprehensive consulting services for Onyx customers. Metric One consultants, who have on average more than 15 years of experience implementing CRM solutions, now work almost exclusively with Onyx solutions. Metric One can also host Onyx solutions for those customers requiring hosting for their CRM solutions.

The two companies have a number of mutual customers, including healthcare technology provider The TriZetto Group; pay-per-click advertising agency Interchange USA; travel agency Grand Circle; and software providers Macromedia and SafeNet, Inc. The alliance, which is another example of how Onyx is expanding its partner portfolio to better serve enterprise customers, focuses on market development, generating leads, as well as joint sales and marketing opportunities.

Metric One has developed a number of proprietary turnkey technology services for Onyx, such as Metric One Entitlements for Onyx Employee Portal, which adds comprehensive contract and product warranty capabilities to the Onyx platform. In addition, Metric One has developed a hosted call center solution based on Onyx's award winning customer management software. Companies can host their Onyx solution and maintain the data in Metric One's redundant data centers to ensure that their critical customer data is secure.
