Onyx Software Teams With Microsoft and Unisys To Deliver Complete CRM Solutions to Local Governments
Alliance Launches Joint Education Initiative with June 23rd Webcast on Benefits of .NET based CRM for Improving 3-1-1 Programs

BELLEVUE, Wash. - Onyx® Software Corp. (Nasdaq: ONXS), a worldwide leader in successful Customer Relationship Management (CRM), today announced its three-way alliance with Microsoft Corp. and Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) to provide complete software solutions and services for the local government market, specifically addressing 3-1-1 initiatives. The solution combines Onyx CitiServe, a CRM solution designed for North American cities and counties, to more effectively manage citizen requests; Microsoft's leading software technology platform; and Unisys government domain consulting expertise and leading integration services.

The growing demand for 3-1-1 services to meet non-emergency citizen needs is prompting local governments to evaluate CRM, often for the first time. The three alliance companies will work together to educate local governments on the value of .NET enabled CRM by developing a 3-1-1-resource portal, producing webcasts, and participating in government industry events. As a first step, the trio will host a webcast on Wednesday, June 23, featuring John Kost, Managing Vice President and Industry Analyst from Gartner discussing critical issues and supporting technology in local government.
