Onyx Software Launches New Global Alliance Program To Support Customer Process Solution Strategy
Onyx to expand partner ecosystem to reach more customers and help them address complexity and change

BELLEVUE, Wash. - Onyx® Software Corporation today launched a new global alliance program to expand its market coverage and to utilize specialized partner capabilities in support of its customers and corporate strategy. The company recently announced a strategy to enable enterprises with complex customer processes to automate, manage and evolve their operations quickly and cost-effectively. Onyx is developing and expanding its partner community to align with these enterprise-level customers.

"Partners are a critical part of Onyx's growth strategy. Having a robust partner community allows us to reach more customers, and enhances our ability to provide process-based solutions in an efficient, effective manner," said Jack Denault, Senior Vice President of the Americas for Onyx. "In the last two years, approximately two-thirds of Onyx's new license revenue has come from enterprise customers with more than $2 billion in revenue. We are aggressively building and extending alliances with partners that serve the enterprise space and have proven results in helping organizations align their business processes for better corporate performance."

Onyx has taken several steps to enhance its partner program, including the addition of new alliance management staff, new co-marketing programs, and expansion of its partner support and services. The new Onyx Global Alliance Program establishes a formal partner framework focused on joint marketing investments and co-selling opportunities, all of which will drive new business for Onyx and its partners.

  • Onyx has built strategic relationships with a variety of global systems integrators, including Deloitte Consulting, Fujitsu, and Unisys, as well as smaller specialty and regional integrators around the world, such as Crowe Chizek and Green Beacon.
  • Onyx's value-added reseller partners, such as Metavante, Getronics, CTC, IT Navigator, and Montera help to extend the Onyx solution into vertical and regional markets.
