Onyx Software Launches OneServe FASTtrack for Local Government
A fixed price license and services package for rapid implementation

London, 12 May 2004 - Onyx Software, Corp (Nasdaq: ONXS), a worldwide leader in successful customer relationship management (CRM), today announced a new fixed fee license and services offering to help local authorities achieve their eGovernment targets faster and at a lower cost. The solution provides authorities with an affordable, fully functional CRM package that can be implemented in under 30 days.

"With FASTtrack, Onyx is taking away the risk and anxiety from an initial CRM investment," said Marcus Robbins, UK Director of Services, Onyx Software. With OneServe FASTtrack, councils can see the benefits of their initial investment immediately and can then decide to customise and extend the solution out further at a pace that suits them."

Designed to help local authorities accelerate their progress towards eGovernment, the OneServe FASTtrack package will enable councils to get up and running quicker and therefore achieve a faster ROI. The offering is based upon fixed fees and includes licenses of the Onyx OneServe 5.0 application and 30-days of implementation for £70,000.
