Aspect Integrated Products

Aspect ACD v8 This is the ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) that is responsible for receiving and routing to agents. This is required for the voice portion of our integration.
CMI v 4.0 (Computer Multimedia Integration) This is the interface between the OEP and the ACD system and is part of what Aspect's calls their "Contact Server". This is also required for the voice portion of our integration.
AAR v2.1 (Aspect Advanced Routing) This is the server that is responsible for routing requests and is also a part of the Aspect Contact Server. The Onyx Adapter, which was made by Onyx, integrates Onyx with the AAR system to queue incidents for routing. This is not required for the voice portion of our integration, but is required for multimedia routing (i.e. routing OCP, email, and any other incident-based requests).
Real-time Server v 4.0 This is a server that gathers data from Aspect systems and other sources so it can be displayed on reader boards, tickers, etc. This is required to display the statistics marquee in OEP and is not required for the voice or multimedia integrations.
