Such customizations extend beyond the normal configurability of the product and venture into code alterations and additions.

• OEDB transactional and Domain table behavior
• Best Practices for adding custom Indexes
• Executing a security model
• Importing transaction and domain data into the OEDB

Target Audience: Developers responsible for customizing and maintaining the Onyx Enterprise Application Server and Onyx Employee Portal - Web Client.

Prerequisite: Successful attendance in OEAS 6.0 Tech Essentials course, or equivalent experience, is required prior to this course.

Experience using several of the following web technologies is strongly recommended: Internet Information Server (IIS), Dynamic HTML Pages (DHTML), ASP, ADO, VBScript, JavaScript/JScript, and Microsoft Visual Interdev 6.0. Participants should also be proficient with MS Visual Basic Development and ASP Programming.

Course Length: Three days, 9:00am - 5:00pm
