This three-day course teaches the skills and techniques required to customize and extend the functionality of Onyx call and process scripts. Participants will gain hands-on experience with the Onyx Method Call Designer, Onyx Script Engine, Script Run Time XML, Script Caching, and Onyx Script Transfer Utility.

Through a combination of presentation, demonstration and a series of hands-on exercises, course participants will customize and secure a complete script that will assist in customer information gathering and real-time decision making using custom prompts, rules and dynamic information delivery from the Onyx Enterprise Database.

Prerequisite: Experience with the Onyx internet architecture, its administration tools, and customization are necessary for participation in this course. Attendance in, or equivalent knowledge of, the following courses is required:

• Customizing Onyx for Developers
