Onyx DesignLab is an operational planning workshop for key members of your sales, marketing, finance, and legal departments, and others who impact your revenue streams. The goal is to develop a Go-to-Market operating system (GTMos) that will enable you to put your sales strategy in action.
During this two-day workshop, our consultants work with your team to define the desired buying experience, align the selling process with your Go-to-Market sales strategy, identify key activities required to execute each process phase, and develop the Revenue Acceleration Plan that will fuel your sales strategy.
The results of your DesignLab are reflected in two documents that will provide a guide for the implementation of your new Go-to-Market sales strategy:
- GTMos Design Document - a complete phase-by-phase description of the selling process across functional entities
